1. Free Trial Class
- Students are encouraged to attend a free trial class (if offered) before enrolling in any paid program.
- This helps students determine whether the course is suitable for them.
2. Course and Membership Fees
- All course fees and membership payments are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
- Students are advised to review the course details and fee structure before making payment.
3. Live Online Classes
- Fees paid for live online classes are non-refundable after the first paid class has been attended.
- Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be refunded.
4. Recorded Courses
- Since recorded courses provide immediate access to digital content, they are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. Accidental Duplicate Payments
- If a student is charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
6. Class Cancellation by MIKH
- If MAYATRI International Karate Hub cancels a class or program and no suitable replacement or rescheduling option is provided, students may receive:
- A full refund, or
- Credit toward another class or program.
7. Subscription Plans
- Monthly or yearly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the student to a refund for the current billing period.
