- MIKH welcomes learners aged 8 years and above.
- Parental guidance is recommended for children under 13 during online training sessions.
2. Online Training
- All classes are conducted online unless otherwise stated.
- Learners are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a safe training space.
3. Registration & Subscription
- Registration is required before joining any class or program.
- Subscription plans are subject to the terms specified at the time of enrollment.
4. Free Trial Class
- Each learner is eligible for one complimentary trial class.
- MIKH reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by MIKH.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Code of Conduct
All learners are expected to:
- Maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during classes.
- Follow the instructor’s guidance and instructions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
7. Health & Safety
- Learners should train according to their individual physical capabilities.
- MIKH is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper practice, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.
- If you have any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before participating in training.
8. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of MIKH.
- Unauthorized copying, recording, sharing, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to Services
- MIKH reserves the right to update class schedules, subscription plans, website content, and training programs whenever necessary.
